Girl's Program
The level 1 gymnast will start training all four girl's Olympic events. Some of the skills they will master are cartwheels, forward and backward rolls, pullovers on the bar, and how to use a spring board.
As a gymnast progresses into Level 2, the gymnast begins to put skills together as well as move onto harder skills such as front and back walkovers, vaulting over the horse, and swinging around the bars with casts and hip circles.
A Level 3 gymnast will put together more advanced skills such as round off back handsprings, and learn cartwheels on the beam, handspring vaults, and free hip circles on the uneven parallel bars.
Boy's Program
The beginning boy gymnast, "The Tigers", will learn the basic swings on the pommel horse, rings, parallel bars, and high bar, as well as how to punch off a spring board.
The advanced boy gymnast, "The Giants", will start to learn more advanced skills on each of the six boys Olympic events.

After finishing Level3 or "Giants", the gymnast may then move into team development and begin training for USA Gymnastics J.O. Competition. For more information about our competitive program see Dean or Julie.
